Schiermonnikoog

The last days of my summer holiday Erik and I spent on Schiermonnikoog, a Dutch island in the Wadden Sea.
The first day was overcast and quite rainy. We used it to make long hikes through the National Park. The second day we rented a bike and explored the parts of the (small) island, we hadn't seen the day before. The weather was great then, and we had a very relaxed day. Too bad we miscalculated the time we had to leave a little bit. That brought us an hour too early to the ferryboat. Well the sun was shining and it was not too bad. The only downer was, that we were driving home late as well (our excuse to visit the golden arches).
