It's two weeks no that I haven't had any contact with Erik and I must say it seems to get harder and harder. So I am quite depressed about everything. Fortunately I had a 2 day course from work this week for a most welcome distraction. The course was in a hotel in Barchem, a lovely place in the forest of Gelderland, and guess what we even had time to enjoy the forests since some parts of the course took place outside.
My friend Pino already told me that the last two episodes that were aired in the US were great. So last night I got the two episodes and watched them today. And guess what, Pino was right. Susan's role in the welcome procedure at the appearance of two gay men in the neighborhood was great.

I called my weblog a web diary (or diarrhea as some others could say) and that means, I guess, that I should write down here what keeps me busy. ... even if it is bad news. What keeps me busy for a week now is the future of my relationship with Erik.
As a film fan I'm in to nearly all movie genres. But though I like documentaries very much I don't have much chances to see any. Yesterday though I made a discovery. I found Hollanddoc and \Geschiedenis on the internet. The last one has a Bert Haanstra special going on this weekend. Very cool! The programs that are broadcasted are both real time television (with a tv-guide for those programs) and on demand for some selected documentaries. In the last category I just saw "Beperkt houdbaar", a shocking documentary over the influence of the image of beauty on the psychological health of women.

Yesterday when I was going home by train, I was touched by a very simple situation, what might proof that the simple things are mostly the best. All started with NS having some problems with their material. The train I was supposed to take didn’t run. We all had to change platforms and take another (much too small) train. So everybody was packed in the train. An older couple in their 70ties came to sit just opposite of me where they started to solve a crypto puzzle. It was so cute how they were working together, though both had their own way of approaching the problems. Maybe that was their secret: while both were using their own style they accepted each other in their differences and together they became a strong team.
Today I heard an unbelievable item on the radio over an Australian guy who uses his penis a paintbrush ... Well, it seems to be true. Have a look:
